Refund Policy:
Please allow 1 week
processing time for DVD-Video, DLT Tapes and/or DVD-ROM productions, and 1 week
for data recording. These times do not include transit time from our door to
yours.
Legally, you are
required to own the copyrights for the recording material, photos, and other
intellectual property that you submit to us for replication.
An initial 50%
non-refundable deposit due upon placement of order. We require final payment in
full prior to shipping end product.
Although we make
every effort to accommodate our customers' requests for the arrangement of data
and video on their DVD, and will follow special instructions, we are unable to
accept changes once the DVD has been "burned" (recorded).
There may be an additional cost to the customer depending on the method of
shipment requested.
CAM Consulting Group
cannot be held responsible for materials damaged in transit. Please insure your
packages. We recommend if possible, you back up your data before sending.
If you are sending information via disk, we only accept IBM compatible
formats. A high quality copy of an original video is preferred to the original.
Unlike some of our competitors, we can return your original media via separate shipment; if you so desire at no extra charge.
We will go the distance to make sure our work and product meets or exceeds your expectations! If there is something amiss with your order we will work with you to correct it! If there is no way we can make it right here is our -
CAM Consulting Group offers our
customers a 30-day money back guarantee. What this means is that within
30 days
from when you receive your order from us, you are entitled to a full refund if you are not
satisfied with
our service.
In order to successfully get your refund, all cancellation requests must be submitted via E-mail to cancellations@camconsultgroup.com. This requirement is to validate the request to protect the interests of the account holder. Once the request is received and verified, your request will be processed and refunded within 24 hours, no questions asked.
